Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences
- Engage children in educational activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace by performing light cleaning duties related to child care
- Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime preparations
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate care
- Foster positive behavior through encouragement, teaching good manners, and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity
- Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary requirements
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining a tidy living environment
- Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively while following safety protocols
