Toronto Honda is hiring a Senior Service Advisor for our recently renovated Danforth store. Busy drive, large and loyal customer base, and a team that backs you up.

What you will do

- Own your customers from write-up through delivery

- Drive customer-pay sales while keeping CSI high

- Run dispatch and keep the shop moving

- Work with technicians to turn hours efficiently

What you bring

- 5+ years as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment

- Above-average CSI scores you can speak to

- Consistently strong customer-pay (CP) sales results

- Working knowledge of CDK and dispatching functions

- Comfort picking up new computer systems quickly
