Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business development initiatives for NorthStar Insurance. This role develops and manages a strong pipeline of opportunities, builds strategic referral and partner relationships, identifies emerging market opportunities, and supports complex growth pursuits. Working closely with the Director of Wealth and Insurance Services, agency leadership, and internal partners, the Business Development Manager contributes to organizational growth through proactive relationship management,



market intelligence, community engagement, and business development activities.

What You'll Bring:

· Post-secondary education in business administration, insurance management, or a related field.

· Five to ten years of progressive experience in insurance is required. Additional experience in financial services, commercial sales, business development, or relationship management would be considered an asset.

· Demonstrated experience building referral networks, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting revenue or market share growth.

· Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker Level III license is required.

Pay: $69,928.00-$85,549.00 per year
