Job Summary

Working as a Night Auditor at Wyndham Grand Fallsview, you are responsible for providing customer service and performing front desk and administrative duties during the overnight shift. You will welcome and assist guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, and issue room keys. Additionally, you will manage and update information regarding room availability and hotel amenities, respond to guest inquiries and requests, and complete nightly auditing and reconciliation of hotel transactions and records.

As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be:

- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Skills:

- Understand and use math concepts in order to design a financial or economic system.
- Work math problems quickly and accurately.




- Understand and use computers and related equipment.
- Speak and write clearly to report financial information.

Job Qualifications/Experience:

- Previous Night Audit experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in hotel operations or front desk roles.
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
