Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring correct change and receipt issuance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling specials to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, organizing kitchen stations, and supporting food preparation activities.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a solid understanding of food industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing.
