Our Winnipeg-based clinic specializes in Robotic Laser Spinal Decompression and Hydrowave soft tissue regeneration therapy - two cutting edge treatments for chronic pain. We're changing lives everyday and we're looking for a caring, energetic Patient Care Technician to join our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support Clinical Treatments: Assist doctors with robotic laser spinal decompression and Hydrowave treatments
- Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Greet, educate, and emotionally support patients
- Manage Patient Flow: Oversee front desk, scheduling, documentation, and treatment setup and application
- Be a Tech Learner: Continuously train in our innovative technologies

Preferred Background (but will train the right person):

- Experience in kinesiology, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic assistants, or similar health sciences
- Background working in clinical or wellness settings
- Confident using computers, EHRs, or scheduling systems
- Previous exposure to laser, spinal decompression, shockwave, or regenerative therapies is a plus — but not required
