Responsibilities

- Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly, approachable manner and understanding their styling needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe setting.
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales.
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare advice, and product recommendations.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.




- Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide creative services.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a barber or hair stylist with strong skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon or barbershop setting.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk responsibilities effectively.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products naturally during client interactions.
