Job Overview

We are seeking for someone with floor tiling, landscaping, or paver installation experience. Energetic and detail-oriented Balcony Paver Installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality balcony pavers that enhance safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional areas that exceed client expectations. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise installation of balcony pavers.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary substrates for optimal paving results.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
- Lay pavers with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and pattern consistency.
- Apply caulking, sealants, or other finishing materials to enhance durability and weather resistance.
- Coordinate with team members to manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with related tasks such as concrete forming, masonry work, or restoration as needed to support project completion.

Skills





- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, and measuring devices.
- Experience with power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and compactors.
- Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing methods for durable balcony surfaces.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Strong carpentry skills relevant to framing or structural adjustments related to paving projects.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes for material planning and project budgeting.
- Experience in drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying or electrical work is a plus.
- Capable of working in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and project managers.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
