Games Room Supervisor

Next Round Social – North Bay, ON

Next Round Social is looking for an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Games Room Supervisor to join our team!

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entertainment setting and takes pride in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support Games Room staff during shifts
- Ensure guests receive friendly and helpful service
- Oversee our arcade, bowling, billiards, and axe throwing areas
- Assist guests with games, equipment, attractions, and general questions
- Help coordinate reservations, parties, and group experiences
- Ensure all entertainment areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Ensure opening, closing, and cleaning checklists are completed
- Assist with minor game and equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure company policies are followed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when required




- Support and motivate team members throughout their shifts
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Jump in and help wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
