Position: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the London area. This position will focus on supporting and improving manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling within a fast-paced production environment.

The position will also be involved in equipment and tooling improvements, process modifications, capital projects, equipment installations and the introduction or improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Experience in metal forming, welding/joining, robotic and automated manufacturing processes required.




- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Experience with metal forming, welding, robotics, automated equipment, coating/finishing, or similar manufacturing technologies.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures and process controls.
- Experience with process optimization, cycle-time improvements, scrap reduction and downtime reduction.
- Experience establishing, monitoring and improving manufacturing process parameters.
- Experience supporting equipment installations, tooling changes, equipment modifications or capital projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
- Solid communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
