At POINTTS, our services revolve around our clients. As a Licensed Paralegal, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, appearing on a daily basis in the Provincial Offences court, preparing cases, and representing clients as their cases proceeds to trial. We’re looking for a talented professional with a solid grasp of the law, sharp litigation skills, and a passion for advocacy. You’ll thrive in a courtroom setting, excel at explaining clients’ rights and options, and uphold our established procedures with confidence.

Responsibilities

- Advocate for clients in court with skill and poise.
- Build solid cases through research, drafting motions, and preparing legal documents.
- Connect with clients through clear verbal and written communication, acting as their initial point of contact and trusted guide.

Qualifications

- Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Experience preferred (at least 1 year), especially in traffic law or Provincial Offences court, though we welcome motivated candidates ready to grow.
