Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a food products distribution branch in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and deliveries.
- Supervise, train, and schedule branch employees.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support sales growth.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Monitor branch performance, expenses, and KPIs.
- Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures are followed.
- Resolve customer, supplier, and operational issues.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
- 3–5+ years of experience in branch management, operations, distribution, wholesale, or a similar role.
- Food distribution, foodservice, grocery,



or FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
- ERP/WMS experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
