Miratech seeks a Library Scientist to build an AI-ready information architecture for Genesys Cloud. You will design taxonomy, metadata models, and content structure to ensure scalable, searchable knowledge for AI retrieval and virtual agents.

Responsibilities include auditing knowledge bases, performing 100-200 pilot analyses, studying search behavior, and defining governance and tagging standards for enterprise and public-facing content alike.
