Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the baking industry. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, priorizing in sourdough and pastries and pensuring high-quality standards. Your creativity in cake decorating and knowledge of food safety practices will contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Duties

- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, cakes, and desserts.
- prepare and bake sourdough bread and pastries
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked items.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers when needed.
- Follow recipes accurately while also being open to experimenting with new flavors and techniques.

Qualifications





- minimum of 2 years of experience in Baking industry is needed
- diploma in culinary, license and certification is an asset but will by highly considered
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
