We are currently looking for energetic, experienced, and passionate Part-Time Baristas to join our growing team!
Please Note: Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffees, espresso-based beverages, cocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and workstation.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and complete inventory checks as required.
- Complete daily preparation tasks, including garnishes, fruit cutting, and beverage station setup.
- Perform opening and closing duties according to company standards.
- Ensure all glassware, equipment, and bar tools are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista, bartending, or beverage preparation experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
- Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee preparation, and basic cocktail-making.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform efficiently during busy service periods.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic POS, computer, and cash-handling skills.
- Must meet the legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Ontario.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
