Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Clover POS, ensuring quick and efficient transactions
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety standards and restaurant procedures
- Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including food prep stations, and kitchen spaces
- Assist in food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and storage procedures
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be able to works days, evenings and weekends.
- Previous one year food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with food handling, preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Kitchen experience or previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
