Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and energetic Food Service Supervisor to lead our vibrant food service team. Duties

- Supervise daily food service operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleanup activities
- Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with health regulations and company policies
- Oversee cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Manage inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages or waste
- Conduct interviews for potential new team members, participate in hiring decisions, and assist with onboarding processes
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant management setting
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality preferred; hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with cash handling and bartending or serving roles is advantageous
