Responsibilities

- Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling at multiple facilities.

- Perform minor repairs and general maintenance in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

- Troubleshoot basic plumbing issues, replace fixtures, and address minor building repairs.

- Conduct routine facility checks and report major maintenance issues.

- Drive a company-provided truck between facilities, transporting tools and supplies as needed.

- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a skilled trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar).

- Valid driver's licence and a secure driving record.

- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs.

- Reliable, independent, and comfortable with physical tasks, including garbage handling.

- Ideal for someone who is retired, semi-retired, or looking to slow down from working in the trades while staying active in a hands-on role.

- Company Truck Provided

- Must reside in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, St. Catharines, or the surrounding area.
