Lift Community Services seeks an OPS Coordinator to support harm reduction services at the Overdose Prevention Site. You will coordinate daily site operations, schedule shifts, and foster collaboration among staff and community partners, ensuring a welcoming, participant-centered environment.

The role requires experience with harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and cultural safety, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Part time, daytime hours, October 19, 2026 start.
