About Us

Glasswise Inc. is a growing glass and mirror company specializing in custom solutions for residential and commercial clients across the GTA, including shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, partitions and commercial glazing. We're adding a driven sales rep to help us grow.

The Role

This role is split between outdoor sales (meeting clients, contractors, designers and builders on site) and indoor sales (handling inbound leads, quoting and following up from the office). If you like being on the road, building relationships and closing deals, and you want your pay to reflect your results, this role is for you.

Outdoor Sales

- Visit homeowners, contractors, builders, designers and property managers for consultations and site measurements
- Find and develop new business, including builders, renovation companies, kitchen and bath showrooms, and commercial accounts
- Present proposals and close custom glass jobs
- Represent Glasswise at showrooms, trade events and networking opportunities

Indoor Sales

- Respond quickly to website, phone, email and Indeed leads
- Prepare quotes and follow up until the deal closes
- Advise clients on glass types, hardware, finishes and technical options
- Keep accurate records of leads, quotes and client interactions in our system
- Hand closed jobs off smoothly to our project and install team

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of sales experience; construction,



renovation, building products or glass is a solid asset
- A confident closer with strong follow-through
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable reading basic drawings and taking site measurements, or willing to learn
- Organized and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP software
- Valid G driver's licence and a reliable vehicle (required)

Compensation

- Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Plus uncapped commission on sales
- Mileage reimbursement
