Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain RADAR rating models in production environments
- Build and manage RADAR algorithms, routines, and calculation logic
- Implement factor-based pricing models
- Manage rate versioning, effective dating, and rate change history within RADAR
- Create, configure, and maintain RADAR rate tables and rating factors
- Perform impact analysis for all rate table and factor changes
- Execute and support testing, validation, and reconciliation of rating logic
- Integrate RADAR rating with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Implement rating logic for Coverage, Deductible, Limit changes
- Design and implement strict validation rules and error handling within RADAR




- Coordinate with forms and documents teams to ensure rated premiums and values are correctly reflected
- Provide technical leadership on RADAR factor modeling and rating best practices

Requirements

- QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science OR equivalent professional experience
- Experience15+ years required

Required Skills

- Minimum 10 years of Guidewire experience, with significant production focus on RADAR
- Deep, hands-on RADAR experience (Rate tables, Factor-based models, Algorithms)
- Proven experience integrating RADAR with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Strong understanding of Insurance pricing concepts, rating structures, regulatory constraints
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex rating issues and perform impact analysis
- Hands-on experience with Personal Property line of business rating models is REQUIRED
