Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Rhythmics Gymnastics Coach to inspire and develop talented athletes in the art of rhythmic gymnastics. In this role, you will design engaging training programs, foster a positive environment for skill development, and motivate athletes to reach their full potential. Your passion for gymnastics and commitment to safety will help create a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where athletes thrive both physically and mentally.

Duties

- Plan and deliver comprehensive rhythmics gymnastics training sessions tailored to athletes’ skill levels and goals
- Demonstrate and teach technical skills including flexibility, coordination, apparatus handling, and choreographed routines
- Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and promote injury prevention
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship
- Organize practice schedules, competitions,



and performance showcases to showcase athletes’ talents
- Incorporate complementary skills such as swimming into training routines when appropriate to enhance overall athleticism

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or coaching rhythmic gymnastics or similar disciplines
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety protocols, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct athletes of diverse ages and skill levels
- Ability to develop creative choreography that aligns with competition standards
- Passion for athlete development, with a focus on fostering confidence
