Sales Representative, No Experience Needed (Seasonal)

Pay: Commission, 8% to 16% of sales

About the role

No past experience needed. We’re a home exterior services company in Newmarket, and we’re hiring 3 outside sales reps for the 2027 season. You’ll learn how to find customers, give estimates and close jobs for interlock cleaning and sealing. We give you full training and proven systems, and you get weekly coaching the whole way through. What you’ll do

- Go door to door to build leads, starting in January
- Call leads, book estimates and close jobs
- Meet homeowners and present quotes in person
- Track your leads and sales with our systems
- Work with the team so every sold job gets delivered on time

What we offer

- Commission of 8% to 16% on everything you sell, with no cap
- A weekly team meeting and a weekly one-on-one with your manager

Schedule

- January: training and door to door
- February to April: 15 to 20 hours a week, flexible
- May to August: full-time, 40+ hours a week at peak
- Season wraps up by the end of August

What we’re looking for

- No past experience needed. Full training provided
- You live in Newmarket or nearby
- You’re coachable, competitive and comfortable talking to people
- You can handle hearing “no” and keep going
- Reliable transportation is needed

Pay: $10,000.00-$25,000.00 per year
