Tent Warehouse Associate – Seasonal Position

Job Overview

Muskoka Event Services is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with our end-of-season tent cleaning and warehouse organization.

This position focuses on washing, drying, inspecting, folding, and storing commercial tent vinyl, along with general warehouse cleaning and organization.

Monday- Friday - 9AM - 1PM ( maybe later as needed )

This is a temporary position. Employment will conclude once all tent vinyl has been cleaned, dried, and properly stored and the assigned seasonal warehouse work is completed.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and clean commercial tent tops, walls, and other vinyl materials.
- Hang tent vinyl to dry before folding and storage.
- Inspect materials for damage, mould, and required repairs.
- Fold, roll, label, and organize cleaned tent inventory.
- Organize tent frames, poles, fittings, and hardware.
- Clean and organize warehouse and storage areas.
- Assist with yard cleanup and winter preparation.
- Maintain a clean and protected working environment.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently.

Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending,



and standing for extended periods.
- Able to maintain a steady, productive work pace.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Warehouse or general labour experience is an asset but not required.

Schedule & Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
- 20–30 hours per week, depending on workload.
- Flexible shifts, including possible weekends.
- Approximately 3–5 weeks of work anticipated, depending on project progress.
- No guaranteed employment beyond completion of the seasonal project.

This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a warehouse environment.

Must be able to work at lift 50+lbs comfortably,
