Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Payroll Associate with a minimum of three years of experience using Oracle and processing multi-provincial payroll. You will oversee the payroll function for a large Canadian workforce while managing year-end activities and ensuring compliance.

Strong organization and an ability to adapt to changing priorities will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for a sizable Canadian employee population
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll functions
- Manage year-end payroll tasks,



including tax documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Oracle payroll systems
- Experience with high-volume payroll, ideally 500+ employees
- PCP designation is mandatory
- Familiarity with Quebec payroll preferred
- Solid attention to detail and confidentiality
