Age Care is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate care to residents in accordance with their care plans and to assist in identifying resident needs. The role supports maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on care, documenting information, attending training sessions, onboarding recent staff, and adhering to IPAC policies.
