In this customer-facing role, you will embody U-Haul's reputation for exceptional service by supporting customers with their equipment needs. You will utilize U-Scan technology, perform equipment inspections, and assist customers with rentals. This position also offers on-the-job training and direct opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
• Use U-Scan technology for rental management
• Clean and inspect vehicles and equipment
• Prepare invoices and accept returned equipment
• Drive forklifts and install hitches (certifications provided)
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job
• Willingness to learn through U-Haul educational programs
