Key Responsibilities: • Conduct structured file-level reviews of litigation quality • Develop standardized scorecards for performance evaluation • Identify trends and risks across counsel's performance • Support KPI development and performance metrics • Generate reporting to inform leadership decisions

Requirements: • LLB or JD with law society membership in Canada • 3-5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience • Solid understanding of litigation strategy and operations • Excellent communication and drafting skills • Motivated self-starter able to work under pressure
