CareRx Corporation seeks a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to maintain continuity of care across long-term care and retirement communities. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and providers to deliver optimal pharmacotherapy aligned with clinical guidelines.

Location will be in LTC homes in Medicine Hat area. Travel required. Monday–Friday shifts with a focus on patient-centered outcomes and education to staff and residents.
