We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to connect with customers face-to-face and guide them through their coffee equipment purchases. Your role will include processing transactions and managing showroom demos, ensuring every customer feels valued and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in person
• Greet walk-ins, conduct equipment demos, and enhance showroom appeal
• Process in-store transactions including cash and credit




• Pick and ship orders while supporting warehouse tasks
• Stay updated on coffee trends and equipment for customer trust
Requirements:
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or inside sales

• Able to stand, lift boxes, and manage busy environments
