Barry Callebaut is seeking a Night Shift Lead to oversee production operations on the night shift in a fast-paced, Lean workplace. Ensures safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement and waste reduction across the shift.

You will coach frontline teams, manage production schedules, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. SAP familiarity is a plus, and a strong leadership background in food manufacturing is required.
