Mechanical QC Inspector – Rotating Equipment

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical QC Inspector to support inspection and quality control activities related to rotating equipment on a major industrial project.

Responsibilities

- Perform inspections of pumps, compressors, motors, turbines, and gearboxes.
- Verify installation, alignment, preservation, and testing activities.
- Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review inspection reports, test records, and turnover documentation.
- Identify and document deficiencies, punch items, and NCRs.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.

Requirements

- Mechanical trade certificate, engineering technology diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Previous QC inspection experience on industrial construction projects.
- Experience with rotating equipment installation and testing.
- Familiarity with mechanical completion and commissioning activities.
- Robust reporting and documentation skills.
