You will guide customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion, partnering with Sales, Onboarding, Renewal Specialists, Product, and Marketing to deliver high-touch engagement. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders, and adept at managing a multi-phase engagement model at enterprise scale.
