As the Receptionist/Lobby Coach, your main objective is to enhance the member experience at KidStrong. You will greet families when they arrive, answer their questions, and facilitate a positive atmosphere before they enter the coaching area. Effective communication and relationship-building skills will be essential to support our Amazing Trial Experience and maintain smooth front-of-house operations.
