Janox FluidPower Ltd. is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead manufacturing and repair operations on the shop floor. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching people, removing obstacles, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will report to the Operations Manager and partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to deliver on-time, high-quality hydraulic systems and components.
