NTT DATA is actively seeking an SAP Client Delivery Manager in Toronto, Ontario. This pivotal role focuses on customer satisfaction, service contract compliance, and driving SAP transformations.
As the Client Delivery Manager, you will serve as the voice of the client and primary contact for all ECS engagements. Collaborating with Technical Service Managers and Project Leads, you’ll manage account activities to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements. Developing robust relationships with stakeholders is key to helping clients navigate their digital transformation towards S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive cloud transformation with key client stakeholders
• Ensure seamless alignment across internal and external parties




• Manage service plans and respond to support requests
• Host regular governance meetings with customers and SAP teams
• Protect and grow engagement scope while handling change requests
Requirements:
• 4+ years in project management or SAP operations
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions and infrastructure
• Experience with SAP HANA and enterprise databases
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
