Job Title: Assembler - Days Job Description

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards according to provided documentation. Your role will also include packaging electronic products, conducting final assembly, and preparing items for shipment as required. You will be responsible for accurately filling out production documentation and performing mechanical assembly with basic hand tools. The role involves push-button testing, PCB masking, and depanelization as needed. You will communicate with Team Leaders regarding any parts shortages or issues, rotate between different workstations and cells, and participate in training and certification programs to ensure your skills remain up-to-date. Additionally, you will engage in team-level quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Assemble and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards.

- Package electronic products and conduct final assembly as needed.

- Fill out production documentation accurately.

- Perform mechanical assembly using basic hand tools.

- Conduct push-button testing, PCB masking, and depanelization.

- Communicate with Team Leaders on parts shortages and problems.

Essential Skills

- 1+ year of production experience in assembly or manufacturing with tools.

- Strong communication skills with fluency in understanding verbal and written instructions.





- Experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume unit production.

- Mechanical aptitude and good vision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Cross-training in various job duties.

- Direct experience with printed circuit boards.

- Background in electronics and electrical systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
