This full time role involves employee relations management, strategic workforce planning, and talent acquisition. You will partner closely with project teams to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a thriving employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution effectively
• Conduct case management and HR investigations
• Collaborate with managers on recruitment and performance management




• Design and implement succession management plans
• Ensure compliance with JV policies and HR standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 7 years HR experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license for project site travel
