The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences at UTSC invites applications for a full time tenure-stream Assistant Professor in Food Studies, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027.

Candidates must have a PhD in Food Studies or a related discipline by appointment, with a record of excellence in research and teaching. The successful candidate will contribute to interdisciplinary Food Studies and the Culinaria Research Centre, with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
