Ledcor Highway Maintenance seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-site highway projects in Alberta, including Edmonton and Grande Prairie. You will drive delivery on time and on budget, overseeing 3–7 direct reports and coordinating crews of 20–70 workers and subcontractors. You will shape strategy, ensure quality and safety standards, and partner with operations teams to optimize performance across long-term contracts valued up to $60M annually.
