Key Responsibilities:
• Book restaurant reservations using reservation systems
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound service calls
• Input events and TV schedules into reservation notes
• Manage Lost and Found inquiries across venues
• Create daily reports for restaurant teams
Requirements:
• 1+ year in customer service experience
• Call Centre experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Solid communication skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
