Description du poste

Sous la supervision du superviseur de production, lopérateur de table de découpe plasma haute définition et déquipement de découpe laser fabrique des pièces métalliques à laide déquipements de découpe CNC, tels quune table de découpe au plasma HD, une table de découpe laser ou un laser tube. Il optimise les opérations de production, sassure de la conformité des pièces produites et veille au bon fonctionnement des équipements.

Responsabilités

- Opérer les équipements de découpe CNC, incluant la table de découpe plasma HD, la table de découpe laser et le laser tube.
- Lire et interpréter les plans de fabrication et les instructions de travail pour produire les pièces conformes aux spécifications.
- Effectuer le montage des têtes de découpe et des accessoires requis selon les besoins de production.
- Prévoir et contrôler lapprovisionnement en gaz, consommables et matériel de coupe afin déviter les ruptures et les arrêts de production.
- Optimiser lutilisation du matériel et des consommables pour minimiser les pertes et améliorer lefficacité.
- Vérifier la qualité des pièces fabriquées à laide doutils de mesure tels que ruban à mesurer, vernier, micromètre et rapporteur.
- Compléter avec rigueur la documentation relative au contrôle qualité et aux suivis de production.
- Effectuer lébavurage des pièces lorsque requis pour assurer une finition conforme.
- Opérer un plasma manuel au besoin pour des découpes spécifiques ou des ajustements.
- Effectuer le nettoyage régulier et la maintenance préventive de base des équipements de découpe.
- Maintenir en tout temps un environnement de travail propre, ordonné et sécuritaire.
- Participer à dautres opérations de production lorsque les équipements automatisés sont en arrêt ou non disponibles.
- Contribuer aux tâches de manutention générale et de travail de production au besoin.

Compétences Essentielles

- Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience dans la transformation du métal ou sur des équipements similaires.
- Expérience en opération de machines industrielles.
- Bonne maîtrise des équipements informatisés ou à commande numérique.
- Capacité démontrée à lire et interpréter des plans de fabrication.
- Maîtrise des outils de mesure, notamment ruban à mesurer, vernier, micromètre et rapporteur.
- Expérience avec des équipements CNC (atout important).

Reporting to the production supervisor, the machine operator for high-definition plasma cutting tables and laser cutting equipment manufactures metal parts using CNC cutting equipment such as an HD plasma cutting table, a laser cutting table or a tube laser. The operator optimizes production operations, ensures that manufactured parts meet specifications, and keeps equipment in good working condition.
