Fraser Health Authority is seeking a clinician to support youth with mental health and substance use needs. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, client-centered practices, and coordinating across local and regional services to re-engage clients in care.

You will perform screening, assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up, while liaising with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to improve access and continuity of care.
