Ford of Canada’s Windsor operations are seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Manager to oversee the Windsor Engine Plant and Essex Engine Plant. You will drive manufacturing excellence, lean initiatives, and a culture of accountability to deliver secure, quality-driven production. You will lead a large team of hourly employees, partner with the Plant Manager, and advance Ford's production system while managing costs, throughput, and continuous improvement across the site.
