Our financial services client is seeking a Systems Administrator to implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, SCCM, and AWS

Join a technology team focused on up-to-date IT infrastructure, automation, and cloud initiatives within a financial services environment. This role supports Windows infrastructure operations, Infrastructure as Code implementations, AWS cloud services, and enterprise monitoring solutions including Grafana. The position contributes to system reliability, disaster recovery, high availability, and infrastructure automation projects.

Permanent, Toronto, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- 3-5 years in IT Operations focused on Windows Server administration and automation
- Advanced PowerShell scripting for infrastructure automation
- Administration of SCCM , Active Directory , Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file services
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible with version control systems including Git




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure

Nice to Have

- 1+ years of AWS cloud platform experience
- Grafana dashboard creation and maintenance
- Prometheus or other time-series database experience
- Windows Server clustering and high availability
- Windows Server backup and recovery administration

Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure components
- Manage system configurations and updates using SCCM
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
- Support Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and Ansible
- Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure monitoring
- Monitor system performance and manage capacity planning
- Create and maintain technical documentation
