Excellent West seeks a seasoned Director for Strategic Initiatives & Innovation in finance transformation. This 18-month contract role offers the chance to influence SAP S/4HANA Finance processes.

As a key player in the SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Program, you will work closely with the AVP and finance leaders to design and implement processes that enhance operations. Responsibilities include leading process design across Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Reporting, while driving collaboration among stakeholders in diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead end-to-end process design and implementation • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities • Evaluate SAP S/4HANA best practices and make recommendations • Oversee testing, validation, and business readiness activities • Champion change management and stakeholder engagement

Requirements: • Strong background in finance, reporting, and operations • Knowledge of IFRS accounting policies and controls • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence without direct authority • Experience in finance transformation or ERP projects
