Key responsibilities include generating reports, coordinating with stakeholders on tax issues and managing vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer global equity compensation plans for participants
• Create and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Validate multi-jurisdictional tax withholdings on payroll




• Conduct analyses supporting payroll and accounting inquiries
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure optimal employee experiences
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Knowledge of Shareworks and equity compensation legislation
• BA in HR, Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
