Techo-Bloc is seeking an exceptional Event Planning Lead to shape its annual events strategy. This role requires over three years of event planning or management experience, solid negotiation skills, and a mastery of budgets and contracts. You will work cross-functionally, ensuring a seamless integration of marketing and content strategies into event planning while managing multiple events simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual event strategy and calendar
• Source venues and negotiate contracts
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and invoices




• Coordinate with cross-functional teams early in the process
• Identify risks and create contingency plans
Requirements:
• 3+ years in event planning or related field
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent communicator in French and English
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.
