This role requires reviewing medication orders, resolving drug-related issues, and monitoring therapies in line with evidence-based guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure safe medication practices and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and dispense prescribed medication orders
• Identify and resolve drug-related issues
• Monitor drug therapy for adherence and effectiveness




• Provide supervision to pharmacy technician staff
• Promote safe medication practices and protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• Active Ontario College of Pharmacists registration
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with specialty medication dispensing processes
• Hospital outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
