About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee their cleaning services across various locations. This is a fully remote position, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and operations from a distance. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Extensive experience in operations management, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively and foster a positive virtual work environment.
- Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
